Automatic drilling equipment for titanium alloy wall panel

2008
The invention relates to an automatic drilling equipment for a titanium alloy wall panel. A toothed belt wheel I is installed at the end of a main shaft body, a spring jacket is installed below the main shaft body, and a special cutter is installed in the spring jacket. Three optical shafts are installed at one side of the main shaft body in parallel and are arranged in a regular triangle shape, and three cylinders are correspondingly installed below a connecting plate. Guide sleeves are installed in the cylinders, and the optical shafts are installed in the guide sleeves. A piston is connected with one end of each optical shaft, and the tail end of each optical shaft is connected with a lower support plate. A toothed belt wheel II is positioned above an upper support plate and is installed at one end of a lead screw. The lead screw is fixed on the upper support plate, and a screw on the lead screw is fixed on a transition connecting plate which is connected with an outer main shaft through a support plate. The whole drilling equipment is connected with a terminal joint of a robot through a connecting flange, and the main shaft body is parallel to the center line of the terminal joint of the robot. A position of a hole to be machined is determined through a vision system. The invention can not only improve the efficiency of machining holes, but also improve the precision of the machined holes.
