ТНЕ DEVELOPMENT OF MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF EFFICIENCY EQUIPMENT OF ROLLING PRODUCTION

In modern industry, information technologies (IT) – electronic systems of design, modeling, production management systems, control systems and inventory accounting-play an increasingly important role. Metallurgical production is no exception. To date, quality and efficiency issues are very topical, especially in light of energy saving issues. The very concept of quality should be understood not only as the quality of the material or products, but more widely – the standard ISO 9000 includes, in the definition of this term, the quality of the process or management. In the rolling mills of the metallurgical industry, there is a task associated with the shipment of rolled metal at lengths. From the practice of producing simple profile shapes, it is known that more than a third of the reasons for product rejection is unplugged. The performed researches on the formation of a qualitative process for the production of sorted rolling products is now developing in the development of a similar solution. Therefore, the purpose of this work is to study the possibilities of increasing the efficiency of rolling production through the use of modern information technology. In the process of cutting the strip at moderate lengths, imbalances are formed - products that do not match the ordered length, that is, in essence, there is a shortage. In the design of modern high-grade rolling mills, the division of rolling mills is used and return to the rolling mills with a maximum of two rolled threads, which are divided into pure and single-strand. This is due to increased requirements for the accuracy of the size of the finished rolled. On modern varietal states are widely used automation systems of rolling cages, which control the parameters of rolling: compression, tension, temperature rumbling, speed. The conducted analytical studies allow us to conclude that at the present stage of the development of roll-forming production, it is necessary to create a modern software that can take into account all the factors that affect the quality on the efficiency of the production process. The analysis of these factors is carried out, the influence of external and internal factors on the product is analyzed, the most significant factors are identified.
