The utility model relates to a driving device of an oxygenator used for aquiculture. The driving device comprises a motor, wherein a spindle head of the motor extends into a gear box, and a primary drive gear is mounted on the shaft head; the primary drive gear is meshed with a first driven gear mounted on a middle shaft, so as to drive the middle shaft mounted in a reducer to rotate; and an upper drive gear and a lower drive gear are also mounted on the middle shaft, the upper drive gear is meshed with an upper driven gear mounted on an inner output shaft, and the lower drive gear is meshed with a lower driven gear mounted on an outer output shaft. The inner output shaft and the outer output shaft respectively drive a large impeller and a small impeller to rotate through two-stage speed variation. The combined working of two impellers with different models and different oxygenating methods efficiently improves the oxygenating capacity and the oxygenating power efficiency and saves energy.
