Патоморфологические механизмы участия почек в полиморбидном континууме человека при тепловой травме (экспериментальное исследование)

2012
The influence of environmental factors on the human body still remains relevant. Particularly sensitive to this effect are the representatives of the extreme age groups. One such factor is the high temperature environment, especially in the summer. With age, there is a decrease in renal blood flow, glomerular filtration, tubular secretion and reabsorption, changes in urinary pH, reducing the weight of the kidneys. In this paper it is shown that thermal injury is in its formation stage of adaptation and maladaptation that ultimately leads to the development of hyperthermia coma. In this case, disadaptative processes are to change behavioral patterns, weight loss, reducing the frequency of respiratory movements and increased heart rate. In the kidney, first there is poor circulation, as well as the beginning of the destructive processes, and then in the bloodstream is developing hemolysis, the accumulation of fibrin, diapedetic hemorrhage. In the renal parenchyma – necrosis. In the blood is increased creatinine, urea, lactate, pyruvate.
