PLL Design and Performance Analysis of 1 MHz Parallel-resonant Inverter

The inverters and control mothods are applied to more and more fields with power electronics development.The technology of current hysteresis band PWM is a kind of easy and reliable control mothod.But the harmonic distortion of load current is big amplitude arroud swithing frequency side band.The paper inroduces a random-band hystersis control technique,this mothod can spread the spectrum contents of load current arroud swithing rrequency side band,ruduce the harmonic distortion of load current.At last,The simulation and experimental results prove the method is feasible and effective.
