Peripheral venospasm associated with signs of transient myocardial ischemia

Abstract A young patient with tetralogy of Fallot developed clinical electrocardiographic evidence of myocardial ischemia in association with intense peripheral venospasm. Several mechanisms are discussed, but it seems most likely that the ischemic changes were the result of coronary artery spasm.
