Three-way rotary valve of exhaust pipe for heating carriage floor

2009
The utility model relates to an autodumper, which utilizes exhaust heat of an engine to heat a carriage floor, and belongs to the control valve which controls the exhaust flow direction of the exhaust pipe of the engine, in particular to a three-way rotary valve of the exhaust pipe for heating the carriage floor. The three-way rotary valve consists of a valve core and a valve body. The valve body is a cylindrical barrel with the sealed bottom and the open upper part. A connecting flange is arranged on the open upper part. Three ports are arranged on the wall of the barrel. The valve core is a disc-shaped upper cover which is vertically connected with an arc surface shaped valve block plate on the bottom surface. The arc surface of the valve block plate is matched with the inner wall of the barrel and size of the valve block plate is appropriate to block a port on the barrel. Screw holes arranged uniformly on the periphery of the disc-shaped upper cover correspond to the screw holes on the connecting flange of the barrel. In the utility model, the carriage floor can be heated by using exhaust gas of the engine so that moist and water containing bulk cargo can be dumped conveniently by the autodumper in the cold region in winter, thereby reducing the labor intensity of workers, improving the transportation efficiency and reducing the transportation cost.
