The method comprises the following machining steps that an alloy ingot is heated and then taken out to be subject to upsetting, punching and chambering, a blank is machined, the above blank is heated, meanwhile, a main roller, a blank upper pressing plate and a blank lower pressing plate are preheated, the preheated blank lower pressing plate is placed in a core roller, the blank is taken out of a heating furnace, and placed on the blank lower pressing plate, the blank upper pressing plate is put into the core roller, a ring roll is started, the core roller drives the blank, the blank upper pressing plate and the blank lower pressing plate to do transverse moving motion together towards the main roller while the main roller does the rotation motion, the transverse moving motion is done while rotation motion is done, the edge of the blank begins to be thickened, finally, a cavity on the main roller is fully filled, and the disc annular part is obtained. The gradual thickening technology is adopted, and the problems that at present, the production efficiency is low, the cost is high, and the quality is poor can be effectively solved.
