Субпопуляционный состав Т-лимфоцитов крови экспериментальных животных, примированных липополисахаридом Francisella tularensis

2011
T-lymphocyte play the essential role at formation of the specific immune answer to tularemia. The estimation of their degree of activation is one of prognostic factors of development and current of disease. In the given work materials on studying influence of a lipopolysaccharide of a tularemic microbe of different subspecies on activation Т-lymphocyte of blood under conditions in vitro by means of the cytofluorimetry analysis are presented. It is shown, that lipopolysaccharide Francisella tularensis of different subspecies stimulates expression CD25 marker on Т-helpers and cytotoxic Т-lymphocytes in comparison with the control. During experiments it is established that the lipopolysaccharide of a tularemic microbe is an inductor the immune response, but the degree of activation of T-cells depends on a subspecies accessory and virulence F. tularensis.
