Pneumatic sintering desulfurization dust removal device

2009
The invention relates to a pneumatic sintering desulphurization dust removal device, which comprises a slurry section, a pressure equalizing section and a waste gas treatment section. The bottom of the pressure equalizing section is provided with an annular slurry redistribution ring; the middle of the pressure equalizing section is provided with a pretreatment spraying layer; and a tray is arranged on the upper part of the pressure equalizing section. Cyclone injecting elements are distributed on the tray; and a layer of slurry spraying layer is arranged on the upper part of the tray, wherein each cyclone injecting element consists of a cylinder and 2 to 8 vortex sheets which are uniformly distributed along the peripheral direction of the cylinder and provided with square holes with a dimension between 15mm*80mm and 60mm*120mm,; and an axial included angle between the vortex sheets and the cylinder is between 20 and 85 DEG. In the pneumatic sintering desulphurization dust removal device, the vortex and a foaming layer generated by the cyclone injecting elements are utilized, the mixing intensity and the slurry retention time are improved, and the removal efficiency is improved. The pneumatic sintering desulphurization dust removal device has the desulphurization efficiency of over 97 percent, the removal efficiency for the micro-dust PM10 and PM2.5 of over 90 percent and 85 percent respectively, and the mercury removal efficiency of over 85 percent.
