Clinical Study of Cyclophosphamide Combined with Clopidogrel in the Treatment of Nephrotic Syndrome

2012
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of cyclophosphamide combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome. Methods 56 patients with nephrotic syndrome in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group (n = 28). Both groups were given basic treatment. The control group received cyclophosphamide treatment on this basis, the observation group received cyclophosphamide plus clopidogrel. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The complete remission rate and total effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the ineffective rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group; the differences between two groups were statistically significant (P 0.01). The renal function indicators after the treatment in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group; the differences between two groups were statistically significant (P 0.05). There was no statistical difference between two groups in the side effects (P 0.05). Conclusions Cyclophosphamide combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome has good curative effect, low recurrence rate and fewer side effects.
