The present invention relates to a kind of PFC-based high power factor power supply comprising a DC-DC module, connected between the DC-DC module PFC module for increasing the input power factor, the PFC and the parallel output of the module and ground, for smoothing an AC voltage into a DC voltage storage capacitor. Wherein, when the input voltage increases to a certain value, the difference between the output voltage and input voltage of the PFC module remains constant. The present invention, by increasing PFC module before the DC-DC module, so that PFC module potential difference between the output voltage and the input voltage is substantially constant, greatly improving the power factor of the power supply circuit, so that power efficiency is significantly improved to solve the conventional power supply in the present due to the dropout voltage due to the increase power efficiency is significantly reduced. Experiments show that the power factor of the present invention is not less than 0.98, less than 97% efficiency.
