PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film laminate capable of sufficiently suppressing iridescent irregularity caused by reflection of external light even if observed from an oblique direction, and also to provide a touch panel including the same.SOLUTION: A transparent conductive film laminate includes a transparent conductive film 6, a first transparent resin film 4, an adhesive layer 8 and a second transparent resin film 9 in this order. The first transparent resin film 4 has an in-plane phase difference value R0of 150 nm or less. The second transparent resin film 9 has an in-plane phase difference value R0of 10000 nm or more, and a phase difference value R30of 10000 nm or more in a direction inclined at 30° polar angle from a normal direction in 45° azimuth angle to a slow axis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
