Application and Analysis of Tsp Combined with Pbl Teaching Method Based on Network Platform in Clinical Probation

Objective: To explore the application effect of TSP (Teachers Standardized Patient) combined with PBL(Problem Based Learning) in clinical probation. Methods: The control group adopted the traditional training teaching method, while the experimental group adopted the training mode of TSP combined with PBL. After the training, the two groups of nursing students were given questionnaires to compare their satisfaction with the teaching effect. At the same time, the two groups of nursing students were assessed comprehensively, and their assessment results were compared. The critical thinking scale (CTDI-CV) was used in the critical thinking evaluation questionnaire. Results: The test scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group (p 0. 05). After the experiment, the total score of CTDI-CV scale in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=1.05-4.78, p<0. 0l). The satisfaction of nursing students in the experimental group with TSP combined with PBL training mode was significantly higher than that in the control group with traditional training mode, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.001). Conclusion: The integrated teaching mode of TSP and PBL is effective in the practice teaching of medical nursing skills, which is worth popularizing in the practice teaching of nursing.
