The present invention relates to a touch substrate preparation method and a display device, it relates to the field of display technology. Wherein the touch substrate includes a plurality of through holes provided with a substrate; on the first surface of the substrate, a first electrode is formed to cover a plurality of through holes; on the second surface of the substrate opposite the first surface, is formed with respective a plurality of second electrodes corresponding to the touch region; a second electrode surrounding the at least one at least partially the edge of the through hole; a conductor through hole and an elastic block, for forming through-holes in the substrate is pressed at electrical connection between the first ends of the transparent electrode and the second transparent electrode; a first transparent electrode connected to a bias voltage input terminal; a second plurality of transparent electrodes each connected to a respective output terminal of the detection signal through a detection line. The present invention is a touch sensing integrated on a substrate, by simply adding the respective electrodes during the preparation of the substrate and forming process can be realized in a touch sensing conductor through hole and injecting an elastic block process.
