Vanadium Substituted H 7 SiW 9 V 3 O 40 as a Versatile Catalyst for Dakin–West Synthesis of Acetamido Carbonyl Compounds

Four-component condensation of an aromatic aldehyde, acetonitrile, acetyl chloride, and an enolisable ketone in the presence of H 7 SiW 9 V 3 O 40 catalyst is investigated. Findings revealed a very good catalytic activity of H 7 SiW 9 V 3 O 40 in the desired condensation reaction. The results revealed that H 7 SiW 9 V 3 O 40 was effective, inexpensive, recyclable, and eco-friendly.
