Influence and Effect of the Law of crop longer growing regularity on the Agricrltural Surplus Labor:A Case Study of Zhongba Village,Guandu District,Kunming

The problem of transfer surplus labor force in rural is extremely severe and prominent in China, at present. To fully realize and use the law of crop longer growing regularity is significant to promote the transfer phenomenon. Combining with the status of Zhongba village, this paper analyses the opportunities of the law faced, puts forward the implementation of the strategy of "the transfer of in-place" and the suggestions of improving the employment service system.
