A process for producing a plastic component, reactive element and using the same

The invention relates to a process for producing a plastic component having at least two different surfaces using a reactive element (5) with a spacer layer (6) and an integrally formed sealing element (7) in a multi-part tool (1) having a first tool part (2) and a second tool part (3). The method comprises the steps of: inserting a first decorative layer (4) in the first tool part (2), inserting the blind member (5) in the second tool part (3), closing the multipart tool (1), wherein the first decorative layer (4) and the spacer layer (6) of the reactive element (5) reach and in a first sealing area (8) of the tool (1), the first tool part (2) and the second tool part (3) seal against each other and being in contact with the (at the reactive element 5 ) integrally formed sealing element (7) in a second sealing portion (9) of the tool (1) against each other to seal the first tool part (2) and the second tool part (3) and back-foaming the spacer layer (6) and the first decorative layer (4).
