Генетические аспекты агрессивного поведения у больных шизофренией (аналитический обзор)

Presented is a literature review concerning evidence-based investigations in psychiatry and practical implications from their findings. Analysis of available data allows us to draw a conclusion that current methods of molecular biology provide new tools for description and analysis of the association between single nucleotide polymorphism and aggressive behaviour in schizophrenic patients. This can be used in developing complex criteria for the determination of genetic risk in carriers of predisposing genotype of polymorphic markers in order to select the optimal psychocorrective strategy.
