Summary of Researches on Interface Effectiveness of Enterprise Innovation

Enterprise practices and researches indicate that interface management has a huge influence on enterprise's innovative performance.The literature in interface effectiveness of enterprise innovation is reviewed from four aspects: definition,factors,evaluation and enhancement measures of interface effectiveness.And this paper tries to put forward the groping direction to provide a reference for follow-up study.
