Structural surface roughness coefficient evaluation method based on Dice similarity measurement

2016
A structural surface roughness coefficient evaluation method based on Dice similarity measurement comprises the steps of: respectively selecting high-pixel images of m standard contour curves of Barton, and extracting coordinate data of each point of the image contour curves with the accuracy being 1[mu], according to the extracted x and y coordinate data, calculating fluctuating angles, and realizing characteristic vectors of the standard contour curves by means of normalization of adjacent fluctuating angle frequencies; selecting a structural surface to be measured in a field spot, counting the distribution of all adjacent fluctuating angles on a tested contour curve, recording the frequency of [theta]I in each interval, and forming tested contour curve characteristic vectors; carrying out normalization on the tested contour curve characteristic vectors; and according to the Dice similarity measurement method, determining the similarity of the tested curve with m standard curves respectively, and making changes to a similarity measurement result according to a formula (5), wherein r*k=1, and the corresponding roughness coefficient range is the roughness coefficient value of the tested curve. The structural surface roughness coefficient evaluation method is good in accuracy.
