AUDITORÍA DE GESTIÓN COMO INSTRUMENTO DE EVALUACIÓN EN LA UNIVERSIDAD DEL SIGLO XXI

La auditoria de gestion es parte de un mecanismo tecnico que se ha desarrollado para aplicar un sistema de evaluacion de los procedimientos en la Universidad del siglo XXI, el mismo que esta orientado a las entidades del sector Publico, con actividades y caracteristicas similares. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar los niveles de eficiencia, eficacia y economia de los procesos que se manejan en la educacion superior. La auditoria de gestion comprende la acreditacion institucional y la evaluacion por carreras, procesos que quedaron establecidos en la Constitucion de la Republica y para lo cual se creo el Consejo de Evaluacion, Acreditacion y Aseguramiento de la Calidad de la Educacion Superior (CEAACES) organismo de control encargado de la ejecucion de los mismos, para asi fortalecer el desarrollo de la Universidad. AUDIT MANAGEMENT AS A TOOL FOR EVALUATION AT THE UNIVERSITY OF THE TWENTIETH CENTURY ABSTRACT The audit is part of a technical mechanism that has been developed to implement a system of assessment procedures at the University of the Twentieth Century, which is oriented to public sector entities, and similar activities. This paper aims to analyze the levels of efficiency; effectiveness and economy of all processes are handled in higher education. The audit includes institutional accreditation and evaluation careers, processes that were established in the Constitution of the Republic and for which the Board of Evaluation, Accreditation and Quality Assurance in Higher Education (CEAACES) agency was created Control responsible for the implementation thereof, in order to strengthen the development of the University.
