Design and research on the system with supports moving in and out automatically for the hydraulic support testing bed

The test of hydraulic support is very important,and the task is heavier.Against how to enhance the testing efficiency,the paper separately introduces the systematic model design,the operation for hydraulic supports moving in and out,the force analysis of the bracket device and so on.Besides. it establishes 3D model of the system by Solidworks software and makes the force analysis and the check for the bracket device.The results show that this system could operate the largest testing bed with hydraulic supports moving in and out automatically,save the moving time,eliminate the safety potential for staff,and characterize an important practicability.
