The clinical effect and treatment compliance of transitional nursing in posterior circulation ischemic vertigo patients

2018
Objective To explore the clinical effect and treatment compliance of transitional nursing in posterior circulation ischemic vertigo patients. Methods From March 2015 to May 2016, a total of 128 patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 64 cases of each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given transitional nursing.Drug compliance questionnaire was used to evaluate the compliance of the patients. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the compliance rate of the experimental group(96.80%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.80%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The effective rate of the treatment group(95.30%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.70%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Transitional nursing can effectively improve the medication compliance of patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo, and significantly improve the treatment effect of patients.
