Variable-pitch spiral metal composite spring with rubber coating

2010
The utility model relates to the field of machinery and discloses a spiral compression spring (a metal part, hereinafter referred to as a spiral spring) as an elastic element for vehicles, mines, hydraulic machines and vibration machines, in particular to a variable-pitch spiral metal composite spring with a rubber coating, which belongs to a vibration utilization engineering technology. The variable-pitch spiral metal composite spring with the rubber coating comprises a variable-pitch spiral metal spring and the rubber coating, wherein the variable-pitch spiral metal spring is formed by winding a steel wire, the steel wire is wound into the variable-pitch spiral structure, and the surface of the metal spring is uniformly coated with the rubber coating. The variable-pitch spiral metal spring comprises at least three rings of effective spirals and at least two rings of the spirals with different effective pitches. The spiral middle diameters of the effective pitches of the variable-pitch spiral metal spring are equivalent, or the middle diameters of the effective pitches are changed along the axial direction of the spiral structure. The thickness of the rubber coating is 0.1-3 mm in the radius direction.
