The invention provides a protein and polypeptide liquid stabilizer. The protein and polypeptide liquid stabilizer is prepared from human or animal serum albumin, polyvinyl pyrrolidone or polyethylene glycol, sodium chloride, sucrose or trehalose, sodium azide and a phosphate buffer. The protein and polypeptide liquid stabilizer has the following technical effects: 1) the protein and polypeptide liquid stabilizer has very good protective effect on proteins and polypeptides and has longer stability; the proteins and polypeptides can be stabilized for at least 7 days when stored at the room temperature, can be stabilized for at least 12 months when stored at the temperature of 2-8 DEG C and can be stabilized for at least 24 months when stored at the temperature of subzero 20 DEG C or lower; 2) the whole configuration operation is simple, the reproducibility is good, and the production cost is low; 3) the stabilizer is in a liquid state, is not required to be redissolved, and is convenient to use and easy to transport and store; 4) the viscosity of the protein and polypeptide liquid stabilizer is close to that of serum and plasma, and the stabilizer better shows superiority in dry biochemical and immunological detection.
