[The dynamics of the level and the structure of feto-infantile losses].

: The results of the analysis of the dynamics of the level and the structure of the feto-infantile losses in the Nizhni Novgorod oblast from 1995 to 2005 are discussed. The research data revealed that the major losses of all the viable children of the first year of live accounts for the perinatal period. In particular, the increase of the perinatal losses consists the reserve in decreasing the level of the feto-infantile losses. The positive dynamics of the mortality rates during the neonatal period testifies both the effectiveness of the neonate and infant medical services functioning in the case of critical conditions and the expediency of the application of the new perinatal technologies targeted at the treatment, nursing and the rehabilitation of newborns.
