Half-pelvic prosthesis for patients with all ilium and acetabulum cut off

2012
The invention belongs to the technical field of artificial half-pelvic prosthesis and particularly relates to a half-pelvic prosthesis for patients with all ilium and acetabulum cut off, which is characterized in that the upper end of an ilium fixture has a press rod insertion hole; the lower end of the press rod is placed in the press rod insertion hole; and the upper end of the press rod is fixedly connected with one end of the pedicle screw. One side face of the ilium fixture has a U-shaped connecting block, the inner side of the bottom of the connecting block is provided with a press rod fixing hole which is round; the lower end of a second press rod is placed in the press rod fixing hole; and a screw running through the connecting rod and the ilium fixture to fixedly connect the connecting rod and the ilium fixture and tightly connect the connecting rod with the press rod. The device has the advantages that one end of the pedicle screw is fixed in the lumbar vertebra or left sacrum of a patient, the other end of the pedicle screw is fixedly connected with the press rods on the ilium fixture, and thus, the ilium fixture is fixed, and the prosthesis is stabilized.
