ANALYSIS ON HYSTEROSALPINGOGRAPHY OF 222 CASES OF INFERTILITY

Objective To evaluate hysterosalpingography(HSG)in diagnosing female infertility.Methods To analyze 222 female infertile patients who were given HSG,and the results were retrospectively controlled with laparoscope and hysteroscopy.Results In all cases of 222,intrauterine abnormalities were shown in patients of 16.22%,intrauterine adhesion were shown in patients of 3.15%,fallopian tube abnormalities were shown inpatients of 80.63%,while both intrauterine and fallopiantube abnormalities rate were 3.60%.In diagnosing the patency of fallopian tube in infertility females,the rate of diagnosing by HSG,laparoscope or hysteroscopy had no much difference(p0.05).But in diagnosing the pelvic adhesion,the laparoscopy was better than HSG(p0.05).In diagnosing of intrauterine abnormalities,HSG and hysteroscopy had no much difference(p0.05).Conclusion It is important valuable that uterine cavity and fallopiantube abnormalities in infertility females were diagnosed by HSG.
