Inhibition of alpha-ENaC expression by means of RNAi

A composition comprising an RNAi agent that contains a sense chain and an antisense chain, wherein: a. the sense chain comprises at least 19 contiguous nucleotides of the sense chain of ND9201 (SEQ ID NO: 1297), and the antisense chain comprises at least 19 contiguous nucleotides of the antisense chain of ND9201 (SEQ ID NO: 1298); or b. the sense chain comprises at least 19 contiguous nucleotides of the sense chain of ND10630 (SEQ ID NO: 979), and the antisense chain comprises at least 19 contiguous nucleotides of the antisense chain of ND10630 (SEQ ID NO: 980).
