The intelligent steam-injected boiler monitoring system is formed by centering upon a PLC(10), a touch screen(11), a printer(12) and a display(13), and is connected to a plurality of instrumentations arranged on a boiler(6,7,8,14,16,17,22,25,27), execution structures(15,21,28,32),and inverters(9,18,26) by shielded cables; the full automatic control within which the boiler stops operation when the ignition run alarm is started is realized; the steam quality measurement technology and the thermal efficiency calculation mathematical model realize on-line continuous automatic measurement of the steam quality and adjust the fire volume automatically to maintain the steam quality required by production; the flue gas analysis is conducted automatically and the air volume is controlled automatically to achieve optimal combustion, the water supply flow of the boiler, the atomization pressure, the fuel pressure, the fuel temperature are all adjusted automatically. When 24 alarms appear at the same time, the boiler automatically stops.
