Obstructive heart failure with Cardiobacterium hominis infective endocarditis

Abstract We illustrate the progression of Cardiobacterium hominis infective endocarditis in a patient with a bioprosthetic mitral valve and decompensated heart failure secondary to an obstructive septic vegetation.
