Diclofenac copper complexes with anti-inflammatory activity, and preparation methods thereof

The invention relates to three diclofenac copper complexes with anti-inflammatory activity, and preparation methods thereof, and belongs to the technical fields of complex synthesis and pharmaceutical chemistry. The three complexes respectively adopting the copper ions as a center ion are characterized in that a complex 1 is a double core structure with diclofenac and 1,3-propane diamine as ligands; a complex 2 is a single core structure with diclofenac and imidazole as ligands; and a complex 3 is a single core structure with diclofenac and 2,2'-dipyridine as ligands. Test finds that the rat roe swelling inhibition rates of the complex 1, the complex 2 and the complex 3 are 52.2%, 54.9 and 74.8% respectively, the gastric ulcer indexes of the complex 1, the complex 2 and the complex 3 are 4.8, 11.8 and 5 respectively, the rat roe swelling inhibition rates of diclofenac sodium is 36.1%, and the gastric ulcer index of diclofenac sodium is 24.4. Two of the complexes have better anti-inflammatory activity and lower stomach side effects than ligands, and can be used to prepare anti-inflammatory medicines.
