The present invention belongs to the field of heat treatment of the crystal, high temperature resistant crystal annealing apparatus, comprising a chassis having disposed on the vacuum vent, and a vacuum seal in sealing contact with the chassis is provided with inlet and outlet and a clock barometer cover, comprising a bell body disposed on the cylinder and the side shield, the heat shield of the heat shield, with an inflation valve and an upper valve body bell; innermost side shields disposed on both sides of the heat generating element tungsten cylinder rod made by the heat generating element is fastened to the electrode tab molybdenum electrode plate; molybdenum electrode plate corundum supported by a supporting insulating ring, both ends of the rod secured to the water-cooled electrode; molybdenum electrode plate side space surrounded by the heat generating element, is provided the crystal annealing chamber; molybdenum electrode plate downward, corundum insulating ring provided with insulating panels inside the support frame. The present invention can greatly improve the quality factor FOM value Ti sapphire laser crystal, to improve the optical quality of high-temperature oxide crystals.
