The invention discloses an underground nuclear power plant main building group fully-buried arrangement design method. The method includes the following steps that: a reactor building chamber is arranged at the geometric center of a plane area occupied by the underground nuclear island chamber group of a single nuclear power unit; the arrangement position of a turbo-generator building chamber should make the distance L of the straight-line segment of a main steam pipeline satisfy an relational expression that L<=400m; an underground nuclear island main chamber group, an underground conventional nuclear island main chamber group and the minimum spacing formula of the spacing of the main chamber groups are provided; and when a conventional nuclear island and an nuclear island are arranged underground, the requirements for the thicknesses of the rock-soil bodies of the top covering layers of the reactor building chamber and a loading and unloading building chamber are provided. With the method adopted, technical problems in the underground separate arrangement of the nuclear power plant nuclear island and the conventional nuclear island and the determination of location relations of the underground nuclear island and the conventional underground nuclear island, and the locations of main building chamber groups can be solved. With the fully-buried arrangement design method adopted, the reasonable spatial position relations of the underground nuclear island and the conventional underground nuclear island and the locations of the main building chamber groups at each part can be determined reasonably and conveniently.
