Analysis on resistant genes in a pandrug-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the resistance genes in a pandrug-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae isolate.METHODS Three-dimensional test was used to analyze and classify the β-lactamase and Aminoglycosides.The genes of 49 kinds resistance were detected by PCR and sequencing.RESULTS There are genes of TEM-1,SHV,DHA,blaCTX-M-1cluster,blaCTX-M-9 cluster,aac(3)-Ⅱ,ant(2″)-Ⅰ,ant(3″)-Ⅰ,aph(3')-Ⅰcluster,intⅠ1,qacE△1-sul1,tnpU,tnp513,merA.CONCLUSIONS In this strain,many types of resistance genes are the reasons for pan-drug resistance.
