The invention discloses an electric vehicle, and an auxiliary engine drive device of the electric vehicle, and an auxiliary engine drive system of the electric vehicle. The auxiliary engine drive device comprises a brake power part and a power assisting steering pump, and further comprises a double-shaft motor with two output ends and two clutches. The two output ends of the double-shaft motor are respectively connected with the brake power part and the power assisting steering pump through one clutch. Due to the fact that the double-shaft motor is used for driving the brake power part and the power assisting steering pump, compared with the background technology, hardware cost is saved. Due to the fact that the clutches are used for controlling the connection of the double-shaft motor, the brake power part, and the power assisting steering pump, an auxiliary engine system can be prevented from being in a normal stream mode, only when a brake requirement or a steering requirement is needed, the brake power part or the power assisting steering pump works, and under other situations, the double-shaft motor idles in a non-loaded mode and the energy consumption of the double-shaft motor is little. Therefore, compared with the auxiliary engine system in the normal stream state of the background technology, the energy consumption of the auxiliary engine system is largely reduced. In addition, response speed of the clutches is quick and response speed requirements of braking can be guaranteed.
