The Effect of Three Gorges Water Conservancy on Energy Plant Resources and Countermeasures for Its Sustainable Utilization

The paper analyzes the effect of the Three Gorges Water Conservancy Project on the energy plants according to the special geography and climate characteristic and puts forward the countermeasures for sustainable utilization of the energy plants to provide the decision-making basis for developing biological energy in the reservoir.
