Study of the Influence of Various Factors on the Air Temperature in the Greenhouse with Radiant Heating

2021
The main role in obtaining a rich harvest of vegetables and fruits in the winter period of the year is played by the parameters of the greenhouse microclimate: the internal air temperature, its relative humidity and speed. The favourable conditions for growing plants in greenhouses can be achieved only through the use of modern, high-tech heating systems that will compensate for the loss of thermal energy and provide a given thermal regime in the building. Radiant heating can be successfully used for these purposes. This type of heating, using ceiling infrared emitters as heat sources, directs the required heat flux directly to plants and soil, thus heating them. At the same time, direct or indirect emissions of harmful substances into the environment are minimal, and in view of the absence of heat losses during the production of heat and transportation of the coolant, this type of heating is efficient from both energy-saving and economic points of view. This paper presents a developed mathematical model of the greenhouse radiant heating, and considers the influence of meteorological, aerodynamic, thermal engineering and other factors on the air temperature in the cultivation structure is investigated.
