On the Strategy of Defenses by Attacking in Basketball Matches

Today,basketball players are equipped with a high defensive ability and proactive on the inhibition of the other's attack.In the defensive process,athletes can effectively expand the search range to enhance their ability to block out and hustle so as to improve their ability of fastbreaking and judgement of the opponents' breaking mode.This paper holds that the strategy of defenses by attacking helps basketball players to achieve good teamwork and promotes the effective implementation of defensive strategies.
