Date Jul. 31, 1986.The steamer comprises a first heating chamber (5) intended to generate wet steam from supplied water, and a second heating chamber (6) arranged between the first heating chamber (5) and the cooking chamber (2) and used for heating the wet steam coming from the first heating chamber (5). The temperature of the steam introduced in the cooking chamber (2) by means of the distribution means (4) is regulated by control device (9). In the steamer, the temperature of the steam supplied to the cooking chamber (2) may be continuously varied while reducing to a minimum the negative influence of limestone.
