Comparative Analysis of the Knowledge Based Economy Development in Croatia and some European Union Countries

Primary goal of this paper is to present the position of Croatia’ s knowledge society development in regard to European surroundings. To fulfill the mentioned goal authors have made comparative view of knowledge society achievements in Croatia, and selected countries from European Union. For comparison, authors have used Knowledge Assessment Methodology (KAM) which was developed by the World Bank Institute.
