The present invention discloses a combined electrode including a negative electrode, a first intermediate electrode, the positive electrode and the second intermediate electrode, wherein the negative electrode body portion and the body portion of the first intermediate electrode, the negative electrode connecting portion connected to the first intermediate electrode portions are arranged in parallel to the positive, the positive electrode body portion and the body portion of the second intermediate electrode, the positive electrode connecting portion and a second portion connected to the intermediate electrode were also arranged in parallel to n, thereby increasing the first intermediate electrode and between the negative electrode , the facing area between the positive electrode and the second intermediate electrode, reducing the area between the current loop between the first intermediate electrode and the negative electrode, positive electrode and the second intermediate electrode, the electrodes effectively reduces the combined stray inductance and loss; the present invention also discloses a method using a three-level power module of the combined electrode, effectively reduces the stray inductance and the loss of the power module.
