Posuzování kvality lepených spojů při stavbě karoserií

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the quality of glued joints car bodies. There are given the priorities, but also the shortcomings of glued joints against other potential merger bodywork. The main job consists of evaluating the parameters of glued joints and the drawing quality bonding car bodies. The focus of this work is mainly focused on technology and testing in Skoda Auto a.s., where this merger through full use of adhesives. Evaluation of this work are the results of tests of the adhesives. Final evaluation of the quality of glued connection body gives us a destructive test of the body and follow-up of all the connections.
