The present invention relates to a microneedle and a soluble active method of producing an isolated type. The soluble microneedle tip comprises successively, an intermediate layer and a base layer, the needle-shaped material prepared from a polymer forming the intermediate layer made of a hydrophilic macromolecular material from the base layer by a polymer prepared from the material. By the type and thickness of the intermediate layer of a polymer material shaped to control the intermediate layer and a hydrophilic macromolecular material of the tip, the speed of dissolution of the intermediate layer, dissolution time difference between the tip and expansion of the intermediate layer, such that the needle can be quickly separated from the base the tip remain in the body, to solve the traditional problem of soluble microneedles fit no flexibility substrate with the skin and avoid the allergic patch type substrate damage caused by micro-needle, intradermal and fracture risk waste and other secondary damage.
