Konfokale Laser-Scanning-Mikroskopie : Eine neue Untersuchungsmethode in der Materialprüfung

In the last few years Confocal Laser Scanning Microscopy has evolved to a standard technique in biological and medical research laboratories. In materials science the capability of measuring and displaying different kind of samples are not yet covered. In this article the confocal principle and some materials science applications are introduced and a few examples are given.
