The present invention belongs to the technical field the development of new environmentally friendly building exterior decoration materials, particularly relates to a process using industrial waste liquid slag facades lacquer, the lacquer external walls consisting of water, cement, coalescents, bactericides, pH adjusting agents, functional additives, thickeners, quartz sand, slag and liquid is made of mica, which is the raw materials by weight percentage: 50 to 100 parts of water, 150 to 200 parts cement, co-deposition agent, 5 to 10 parts, 1 to 2 parts by fungicide, pH adjusting agent, 1 to 1.5 parts, from 5 to 10 parts by functional additives, thickening agents, 1.5 to 2 parts, 300 to 700 parts of quartz sand, industrial waste liquid slag 20 to 350 parts, 10 to 100 parts of mica. The present invention is mainly used for decoration of building facades.
