Intern Med J 2019; 49: 539–544. https://doi.org/10.1111/imj.14244 In the ‘Data custodians’ section, the words, ‘and Queensland’ should be omitted from the sentence, ‘Conditional approval of data requests by the custodian is necessary before ethics submission in all jurisdictions, except in the Australian Capital Territory and Queensland where the data custodians will only review data requests after ethics approval.’ The sentence should thus read: ‘Conditional approval of data requests by the custodian is necessary before ethics submission in all jurisdictions, except in the Australian Capital Territory where the data custodians will only review data requests after ethics approval.’ The authors apologise for the error.
