Array substrate and touch display device

An embodiment of the invention provides an array substrate and a touch display device, and relates to touch display technology. Touch transmitting lines and touch sensing lines are vertically arranged and mutually insulated, each touch transmitting line and each touch sensing line form a touch sensing capacitor, and touch can be realized by capacitance change of the sensing capacitors in touch. Besides, the projection of each touch transmitting line or each touch sensing line on the substrate falls into the projection of a grid line or a data line on the substrate, so that the opening rate of the touch display device is increased.
