О некоторых изменениях правового сознания пореформенного крестьянства (1861 1889 гг.)

The problems of evolution of peasant self-consciousness as a result of the modernisation process in the second half of the 19th century are analysed in the article. The legislation under the Great Reforms combined the two law systems: the traditional one, which was based on the traditional law and the legal one, which was justified on the written law. The most important feature of the period was peasants' gradual rejection of traditions and adoption of legal state norms as a foundation. These changes resulted in the increase of legal consciousness of the Russian peasantry.
